Yabang chemical Co., Ltd. of Changzhou is a joint venture established newly in 2001, the registered capital was 1235 ten thousand dollars. Company is obey anhydride, rich horse sour to produce mainly. Obey 20000 tons of production capacity of anhydride at present (2003) per year, rich 5000 tons of horse’s sour production capacity per year. The newly-increase company can produce 20000 tons along the obey anhydride in 2004 per year.

Fujian Zhangzhou Yabang chemical Co., Ltd. is a China and foreign countries joint venture established newly in 2003, complete after put into production is it produce 50000 tons of production capacity of unsaturated polyester resin per year to forming will it be January 2004.

Development plan:
